  Clarence is one of the panel adjudicators at this annual Asia Arts Festival that include participants from all over Asia, from ages 6 to 80 coming from China, Hong Kong, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam and Singapore. Participants showcase their skills in all forms of performing arts (both ethnic and western).
